The upgrade from 4.0.3 to 4.1 was fairly painless. It should fix a few bugs that I was affected by. We'll see how it goes over the next few weeks.

Well, Confluence 4.0.3 is pretty good... but there are some bugs:
Pasting code into a code block macro doesn't work well at all. Leading spaces are removed, sometimes linefeeds too. Makes it pretty useless for programming stuff, especially since there is no more wikitext editing.
Note: This has been fixed in 4.0.5 https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-23564 - Using XML import-export didn't work for the upgrade. I think they might have fixed this as well.
I guess I'll be upgrading again soon.
